ACA’s class trips provide opportunities for students to grow spiritually, academically, and socially.

Local field trips start at the kindergarten level, visiting places such as Loggerhead Marine Life Center, Bedner’s Farm, the Solid Waste Authority, the Palm Beach Zoo, Schoolhouse Museum, and Lion Country Safari. Students enjoy the time of fellowship together, creatively learning about God’s amazing creation outside the walls of the classroom.

Grade 3 students go to Lego Land for a STEM-filled day where they enjoy a day of hands-on learning and exploring the design and engineering process, and a fun-filled day in the park!

In Grade 4 students have an amazing overnight trip to Florida’s oldest city, St. Augustine. This trip brings academics to life with hands-on experiences and historic landmark tours, including an exploration of the oldest city in Florida, and reinforces what students have studied about Florida history in the classroom. Friendships are strengthened, and memories are made by all!

Our Grade 6 SeaWorld Overnight Field Trip is a unique educational experience designed to combine hands-on learning, adventure, fellowship, and faith. Students will explore SeaWorld’s marine-life exhibits and educational programs while learning about the incredible complexity, diversity, and design found throughout God’s creation. Throughout the experience, students will be encouraged to reflect on Psalm 104:24: “How many are your works, LORD! In wisdom you have made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.” One of the highlights of this unforgettable trip is the opportunity to spend the night inside SeaWorld, where students will sleep beneath the enormous underwater habitats and tanks of various sea animals, providing a truly one-of-a-kind learning experience. As students observe marine life up close, they will be challenged to recognize God’s creativity, develop a greater appreciation for stewardship of His creation, and grow in independence, responsibility, teamwork, and community with their classmates. This overnight adventure is more than a field trip—it is an opportunity to learn, grow, build lasting memories, and see God’s handiwork in ways they may never have experienced before.
